WHEN WILL YOU REPENT?

At the very last moment the thief that was beside Jesus cried out to Him in repentance. He humbled himself and acknowledged his guilt in sheer contrast to Jesus’ innocence. He pleaded to be part of Jesus’ Kingdom and was granted a spot in paradise with Jesus!

Luke 23:42-43; Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom. Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.” It just shows you that it is never too late to repent. The bible says that all who come to Jesus, he will in no wise cast out (John 6:37).

God says in 2 Chronicles that “If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

I receive for you from God’s throne of grace a repentant heart in the mighty name of Jesus.

The prayer this thief prayed beside Jesus made him to make heaven! Brethren, contrary to the lie of the devil, it is NEVER too late to repent. The road to hell fire is very wide while the road to eternal life is straight and narrow. We all need the special grace of God to stay on the straight and narrow.

You may currently be as sheep going astray; NOW is the time to return to the Shepherd and Bishop of your soul (1 Peter 2:25). Now is the time to return to your first love. I hope and pray that like Paul, you will press on toward the mark of a high calling of God in Christ Jesus (Phil. 3:14).

Prayer: Lord anything that stands in the way of my salvation, take it out of my life. Make my path clear and my eyes seeing and looking to Your glorious inheritance.

Be Filled With the Spirit

“Be Filled With the Spirit and be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;” (Ephesian 5:18)

The Holy Spirit helps our infirmities:

Romans 8:26 – “Likewise the Spirit also help our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself make intercession for us with groaning which cannot be uttered.”

The Holy Spirit Guides us into ALL truth:

John 16:13 – “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.”

The Holy Spirit comforts:

John 14:16 – “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever.”

The Holy spirit teaches:

John 14:26 – “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”

The fruit of the Spirit:
Galatians 5:22 – “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith.”

The Holy Spirit empowers you to witness:

Acts 1:8 – “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

The Holy Spirit makes you an overcomer:

1 John 4:4 – “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”

New wine must be put in new bottles:

Matthew 9:17 – “Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine run out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.” (Also see Mark 2:22; Luke 5:37-38).

Prayer: I pray in the mighty name of Jesus that there will be an emptying of the old wine in you and that God will fill you with new wine (Holy Spirit). The Lord God will sanctify you holy and make you vessels of honour meet for His use in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Stay Wholly Blessed and have a Wonderful New Month!

Upholding Your Faith

“There is a great difference between belief, the Faith we say we have and the action Faith we really have.”

The measure of our faith is not in our “Talk” but in our “Walk”. It is more in what we do and not based upon what we say. We need to live faith and not just talk about it. The actions we partake in shows whether we believe in God who we pray to and verify His existence. He is the rewarder of those who diligently seek HIM.
“Abraham was called the father of faith, by what name are you called or known?”

James said “show me your faith without works, and I will show you my faith by my works” (James 2:18) – Are you taking action that is in conjunction with you faith? Your faith is only as good as the object in which your faith is placed.

Where you spend your free time, your talent, your treasure and your thoughts will inadvertently determine your faith. Acts 4:12 says “Nor is there solution in any other, for there is no other name under heaven…..by which we must be saved.”

Prayer: Father help me to completely rely, believe and trust in Your sovereign guidance and direction. Help my belief in the fact that You have given Your rod and staff to comfort me wherever I am in Jesus name.

Promises of God

Apostle Alfred Williams

Apostle Alfred Williams

“If you are looking and wondering why God has not yet done that which you are looking forward to, let me assure you that our God is able and so is He unchangeable”.

He does not lie, God will do has He has promised.

Learning to replace the promises of God with lies of the devil is what the lie of Satan is and what besets most believers. When life hits us with some hopeless looking situations, even the strongest will weaver and wonder if God is still on the throne with him. Do you know that even Jesus was at one point in time felt abandoned by His Father as the scriptures tells us in Matthew 27:46.

Be assured that  your LORD and God is the one who has gone ahead of you like a Devouring Fire. He will destroy anything that stands before you and subdue them before you – God will annihilate them as He has promised.

Deuteronomy 1:11 states that “May the Lord, the God of your ancestors, increase you a thousand times and bless you as He has promised” . He also promised in Isaiah 43:3 to give people in exchange for you because of His love. Get ready to experience that GOD who created Heaven and Earth!

Prayer: Father intervene in my life and do a new thing, do not be quite any more on matters concerning my life in Jesus name.
