Whom Shall I Send?

“It is God That Converts And Convicts”

(Ezekiel 2:1-8) “He said to me, Son of man, stand up on your feet and I will speak to you.  As he spoke, the Spirit came into me and raised me to my feet, and I heard him speaking to me. He said: “Son of man, I am sending you to the Israelites, to a rebellious nation that has rebelled against me; they and their ancestors have been in revolt against me to this very day. The people to whom I am sending you are obstinate and stubborn. Say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says.’ And whether they listen or fail to listen—for they are a rebellious people—they will know that a prophet has been among them. And you, son of man, do not be afraid of them or their words. Do not be afraid, though briers and thorns are all around you and you live among scorpions. Do not be afraid of what they say or be terrified by them, though they are a rebellious people. You must speak my words to them, whether they listen or fail to listen, for they are rebellious. But you, son of man, listen to what I say to you. Do not rebel like that rebellious people; open your mouth and eat what I give you. Then I looked, and I saw a hand stretched out to me. In it was a scroll, which he unrolled before me. On both sides of it were written words of lament and mourning and woe”

The Lord gas called us all to go out and make disciples of men. It is God that converts and convicts — all you have to do is just go out and spread the Good News, He has promised to be with us all ways.

Prayer: As I obey Your command Lord, fill me with Your Spirit power to function in Your power and might fearlessly delivering the Good News to the lost generation.Let Your Words that I speak be seasoned with life and signs following my track each day I pray. Amen.

What is your Goal for 2013?

John the Baptist had a clear goal to help people prepare their hearts ready for the coming of the Messiah (Jesus Christ) his message was distinct and clear.

“Repent for the kingdom of God is at hand” (Matthew 3:2)

John in his time, preached from the wilderness and people came to hear him from Jerusalem, Judea and the whole area of Jordan. People did not come to him because of his dressing, look or the food he ate. They came to him because he committed himself to the work of God and not his looks, food (locust & honey) or his dressing.
Make it a point of duty in this new year to commit yourself and your family to the Lord. Therefore let the Word of God dwell richly in you and let His peace rest upon you. (Colossians 3:16-17)

If you observe, obey and do all according to the word herein, then you will do great exploit as John did in his time.

God bless you.
